Two friends, the perfect duo – “Dupla”, in Portuguese.
We are a Dupla that aims to transmit their values and beliefs through clothing, providing a mix of comfort and style to enjoy life to its fullness. This brand brings together the different personalities in each of us and promotes a new way of living and coexisting, always respecting the unpredictability that our days can have. The Dupla was born to help us remember that we should enjoy the simplest things in life with tranquillity and balance
We work to bring the simplicity and comfort of fitness clothing to the textures and challenges of everyday life, and we make sustainability the way to strengthen the human relationship with nature.
A Dupla is made up of two sides that, whether equal or different, are balanced, and in a society like today's, it is in the contrast of different characteristics that there is room for a good Dupla to grow.

The Reborn collection is inspired by a Dupla of energies and guides, the sun and the moon.
Those who are reborn day after day, knowing that tomorrow the sun will rise again, and who see the night as a precious, useful time, not only of transition but of preparation and renewal.

One of our primary goals is becoming increasingly sustainable and ensuring that all our customers follow the same path. We believe that sustainable and ethically responsible fashion should be our reality at present. That is why we provide clean raw materials for our customers and ethical working conditions for our employees. We are not perfect, but we believe that, together, we can create a positive impact in the world.

PRODUCTION
Dupla’s production process begins and ends in Portugal.
Our pieces were produced in an Atelier based in Lisbon, specializing in textile manufacturing and sustainable production. It was here that we projected our first collection, based on extensive market and industry research, with the help of by very talented people who devoted much time to this project. We use local printers to materialize our custom colours and patterns, who are also working to reduce their carbon footprint. Our supplier uses sustainable practices in all stages of production, including the sublimation technique, which besides being more economical, does not use water in its process and eco-soluble inks with OEKO-TEX® certification, thus reducing many negative impacts of stamping. We are committed to ethical practices, striving to minimize the negative impacts associated with manufacturing and leftovers. We try to detect any flaws at the beginning of the production process to reduce water, energy, and raw materials usage.
MATERIALS
Seaqual™ e Newlife™
We work in partnership with accredited suppliers who use sustainable practices in all stages of production. Seaqual™ e Newlife™are 100% recycled Polyester fibres made from post-consumer plastic waste reclaimed from the ocean and other sources. Those fibres have excellent performance and durability with the same strength and functional versatility as virgin polyester but with considerable resource and cost savings for the environment. According to fibre manufacturers, such options play an active role in cleaning up the ocean depths and allow for a 40% reduction in water consumption, energy savings of 50%, and carbon emissions by 60%. We believe that we have a clear opportunity to act differently with these steps while creating new value for society, prolonging the lifecycle of materials, reducing the amount of waste, and minimizing the harm to the environment.

Packaging
We guarantee that the package received is manufactured using clean production practices and technologies, with nearly no impact on the environment – our labels are made of 100 % recycled paper, and our bags are made from organic cotton. We aim to reduce or eliminate fossil-origin materials and contribute to a world with more recycled (and recyclable) materials.
