How much do I have to pay for shipping charges?

Shipments within Portugal and Spain: 5 euros.

Shipments within Europe (except Spain): 6,5 euros.

Shipping outside Europe: 12 euros.

How are the shipments made?

For orders in Portugal mainland, the shipments are made in person or through CTT. For Islands, Spain, and other countries, shipping is done through a carrier (DHL/FedEx). If you want to know more about shipping methods, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Customs Issues

Any customs costs, whether for sending the order or for the return (in case of exchanges or returns), are the client’s responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible for them.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges of products that are still in their original condition and within 14 days after delivery.

You should note that we are not responsible for any losses in this process when sending the package back to us. If items are lost in the process, no exchange will be made.

We only offer the cost of shipping the first exchange. he customer will bear other exchanges.

If you want to exchange your purchase, you must contact us at info@duplabrand.cominforming us which product you want to exchange and the details of the product you want to receive (model and size).

Your order should be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email). Please use the original package we sent you, thus avoiding unnecessary paperwork.

If the item you want to receive in exchange is in stock, shipping will take 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with the new order number by email as soon as it leaves our facility.

Returns

We only accept returns of products that are still in their original condition and within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer shipping costs for returned items.

If you wish to return your purchase, you should follow these steps:

2 – Your order should be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email). Use the original package we sent in your order. This way you will avoid unnecessary paper use.

3 – The money will be returned in the same form of payment used within a maximum of 30 days.
